Hi,

I just come across your post this morning. I recently had some issue with my 5805 + WD6401AALS-0, the 640GB version of blacks. They used to work very well a few month ago, until I updated firmware. Now, my powr management function is completely trashed. Regardless what timer setting is, the disks will start spinning up 10 min after the spin-down. Have you experienced this problem as well?
